Overview

Cetamol syrup contains paracetamol which is an analgesic (pain reliever) and anti-pyretic (fever reliever). It also relieves minor aches and pains due to headaches, common cold, toothache, flu and sore throat.

Directions for Use

3 months - 1 year: 60 mg - 120 mg (Â½ - 1 teaspoonful) 1 year - 5 years: 120 mg - 250 mg (1 - 2 teaspoonful) 6 years - 12 years: 250 mg - 500 mg (1 - 2 dessertspoonful) The dose may be repeated every 4 - 6 hours when necessary (maximum 4 doses in 24 hours)

Hypersensitivity to paracetamol or any other component of the product. Caution should be observed in liver conditions.Stop using Cetamol if Pain gets worse or lasts for more than 5 days or Fever gets worse or lasts for more than 3 days. Taking more than the recommended dose may cause hepatic toxicity.
