Tramacet Tablets (20 pack) combine tramadol 37.5mg, an opioid analgesic, with paracetamol 325mg for the short-term treatment of moderate to severe pain that simple painkillers cannot control. Such as post-operative pain, dental pain and acute injury. The two ingredients work on different pain pathways, giving stronger relief than either alone at lower opioid doses. Tramacet is a controlled prescription medicine from Janssen, dispensed strictly against a doctor's prescription for carefully supervised, short-course pain management.

Each film-coated tablet: tramadol hydrochloride 37.5mg, paracetamol 325mg.

Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine containing an opioid. Dosage is determined by your prescribing doctor based on your individual needs. Do not adjust your dose without medical supervision. Swallow tablets whole with water, with or without food. Do not take other paracetamol- or tramadol-containing products at the same time, and use for the shortest time needed.

May cause drowsiness, dizziness and nausea. Do not drive and avoid alcohol completely. Risk of dependence with prolonged use; use only as long as prescribed. Do not use with MAOI antidepressants, in epilepsy poorly controlled by treatment, or in severe liver or kidney impairment. Tramadol can interact with antidepressants to cause serotonin syndrome. Tell your doctor everything you take. Not for children under 12 or during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Never exceed the prescribed dose. Overdose can be fatal.
