Overview

Lysoflam Gel is a topical pain-relief gel for muscles and joints, combining diclofenac (an anti-inflammatory) with linseed oil, methyl salicylate and menthol. Diclofenac reduces pain and inflammation, methyl salicylate and menthol provide a soothing warm-then-cool sensation, and linseed oil helps calm the skin and aid absorption. It relieves pain and swelling from sprains, strains, backache, muscle stiffness and arthritis, offering targeted, rub-on relief for adults without the need for tablets.

Directions for Use

For external use only. Wash and dry the affected area, then apply a thin layer of gel and gently massage in until absorbed, usually three to four times daily or as directed. Wash your hands after applying (unless treating the hands). Do not cover with an airtight dressing, and do not apply to broken or irritated skin. Do not use for longer than recommended without medical advice.

For external use only. Avoid the eyes, mouth and broken skin. Do not use if you are allergic to diclofenac, aspirin or other NSAIDs (especially if they trigger asthma or wheezing). Avoid in late pregnancy, and use in earlier pregnancy or breastfeeding only if advised. Stop use if a rash or significant skin irritation develops. Avoid strong sunlight on treated areas. Even applied to the skin, NSAIDs can rarely be absorbed. Take care if you also take oral anti-inflammatories.
