Overview

Zyrtal SP Tablets (40 pack) combine three actions against painful inflammation: aceclofenac, a well-tolerated NSAID pain reliever; paracetamol for added pain and fever relief; and serratiopeptidase, an enzyme that helps disperse swelling and inflammatory debris. The combination is prescribed for painful swollen conditions. Post-injury and post-operative swelling, dental pain, joint and muscle inflammation and back pain. Where reducing both pain and swelling speeds comfortable recovery. A commonly prescribed anti-inflammatory combination at clinics and dental surgeries.

Aceclofenac 100mg, paracetamol 325mg, serratiopeptidase 15mg per tablet. Confirm strengths on product packaging.

Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Take only as directed by your doctor. Typically one tablet twice daily after food. Swallow whole with water; do not crush (serratiopeptidase is enteric-protected). Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest period needed. Do not combine with other NSAID or paracetamol-containing products.

Avoid with stomach ulcers or GI bleeding, severe liver, kidney or heart disease, aspirin/NSAID allergy, and in the third trimester of pregnancy. Caution with bleeding disorders and blood thinners. Serratiopeptidase may add to bleeding risk; stop before surgery as advised. Do not exceed paracetamol limits from all sources combined. Take with food to protect the stomach.
