Ryaltris Nasal Spray is a prescription combination nasal spray for allergic rhinitis (hay fever and year-round nasal allergies), containing the antihistamine olopatadine and the corticosteroid mometasone furoate. Olopatadine blocks allergy-causing histamine, while mometasone reduces inflammation in the nasal lining, together relieving a blocked, runny, itchy nose and sneezing more effectively than one ingredient alone. This spray helps adults and adolescents control moderate to severe nasal allergy symptoms.

Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Use only as directed by your doctor. Gently blow your nose, shake the bottle, and (after priming when new) insert the nozzle into one nostril, spray while breathing in gently, then repeat in the other nostril. Usually two sprays in each nostril twice daily, or as prescribed. Avoid spraying directly onto the nasal septum. Use regularly for best effect.

This is a prescription medicine for nasal use only. May cause a bitter taste, nosebleeds, nasal dryness or irritation. Tell your doctor about persistent nosebleeds or nasal discomfort. Long-term steroid nasal sprays need occasional review. Tell your doctor about recent nasal surgery or injury, eye problems (glaucoma/cataracts), or other medicines.
