Directions for Use

Dissolve one effervescent tablet fully in a glass of water and drink, typically once daily or as directed on the pack. Drink plenty of fluids through the day to help loosen and clear mucus. Take earlier in the day rather than at bedtime. Confirm dosing on the packaging.
