Seretide Evohaler 25/250mcg (120 doses) from GSK is a combination inhaler for the regular control of asthma and COPD. It delivers two medicines together: salmeterol 25mcg, a long-acting bronchodilator that keeps the airways open, and fluticasone propionate 250mcg, an inhaled corticosteroid that reduces airway inflammation. Used twice daily as a preventer, it helps control symptoms, reduce flare-ups and improve breathing over time. A widely prescribed maintenance inhaler for patients with asthma or COPD, used under medical guidance.

Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Use only as directed by your doctor. Usually two puffs twice daily (morning and evening). Shake the inhaler, breathe out, then press the canister while breathing in slowly and deeply; hold your breath for about 10 seconds. Use a spacer if advised. Rinse your mouth with water and spit out after dosing to help prevent thrush and hoarseness. This is a preventer. Use it every day, not for sudden attacks.

This is a preventer inhaler and does not relieve a sudden attack. Always carry a fast-acting reliever and seek urgent care if breathing worsens despite treatment. Do not stop suddenly. Rinse the mouth after use to reduce the risk of oral thrush and hoarseness. Tell your doctor about heart problems, high blood pressure, diabetes, thyroid disease, low potassium or TB. May cause tremor, palpitations or throat irritation. Use in pregnancy and breastfeeding only on medical advice. Store below 30°C; do not puncture or burn.
