Adacin Gel 15g is a combination acne treatment gel bringing together adapalene, a modern retinoid that unclogs pores and normalises skin cell turnover, with clindamycin, a topical antibiotic that fights the bacteria driving inflamed pimples. Together they target both blackheads/whiteheads and red, angry breakouts. The two faces of acne. Making it suitable for mild to moderate acne on the face, chest and back. Applied nightly, Adacin helps teens and adults achieve clearer skin over weeks of consistent use, under a clinician's guidance.

Directions for Use

This medicine should be used as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Wash the face with a gentle cleanser and pat dry. Apply a thin layer to the entire acne-prone area (not just individual spots) once daily at night. Start every other night if skin is sensitive. Improvement typically takes 4-8 weeks. Continue as advised. Use an oil-free moisturiser if dryness occurs, and wash hands after applying.

For external use only. Avoid eyes, lips, nostrils and broken or eczematous skin. Expect mild dryness, redness and peeling in early weeks. Increases sun sensitivity. Use a daily SPF and avoid strong sun and waxing on treated areas. Do not use during pregnancy or when planning pregnancy. Retinoids are not recommended; check with your doctor if breastfeeding.
