Clindar-T Gel (10g) is a topical acne treatment that combines the antibiotic clindamycin with tretinoin, a vitamin A derivative, in one gel. Clindamycin reduces the acne-causing bacteria and calms inflammation, while tretinoin unblocks pores and speeds the turnover of skin cells, helping clear blackheads, whiteheads and pimples and prevent new ones. Directions for Use

Use only as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Usually a thin layer applied to the clean, dry affected area once daily at night (tretinoin can increase sun sensitivity). Wash and dry your hands and face first, wait until the skin is fully dry, then apply a pea-sized amount over the whole acne-prone area, not just spots. Use a moisturiser and daily sunscreen, and be patient. Improvement takes several weeks.

For external use only. Avoid the eyes, lips, nostrils and broken skin. Expect some initial dryness, redness or peeling, and a possible brief flare before improvement; reduce frequency if irritation is marked. Use sunscreen and avoid strong sun and harsh or peeling cosmetics. Do not use in pregnancy or when planning pregnancy, as topical retinoids are best avoided; discuss breastfeeding with your doctor.
