Klenzit-C Gel from Glenmark combines adapalene 0.1%, a modern retinoid, with clindamycin 1%, a topical antibiotic, for the treatment of acne (pimples). Adapalene unblocks pores and normalises skin-cell turnover to prevent new comedones, while clindamycin kills the acne-causing bacteria that drive red, inflamed spots. Together they treat both blackheads/whiteheads and inflamed pimples. A comprehensive first-line approach for mild to moderate acne. Directions for Use

This medicine should be used as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Apply once daily at night: wash the face with a gentle cleanser, pat dry, wait a few minutes, then spread a thin film (pea-sized amount) over the entire acne-prone area. Not just individual spots. Avoid eyes, lips and nostrils. Wash hands after use. Expect mild dryness at first; visible improvement typically takes 4-8 weeks of consistent use.

May cause dryness, redness, peeling or stinging in the first weeks. Use a non-comedogenic moisturiser and reduce frequency if needed. Increases sun sensitivity: apply sunscreen daily and avoid sunbeds. Do not use on broken, sunburnt or eczema-affected skin, and avoid waxing treated areas. Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Ask your doctor for alternatives. Avoid combining with other peeling products (AHAs/BHAs, benzoyl peroxide) unless advised. Store below 25°C.
