    Overview
    Calamine Lotion 100ml is a classic, gentle skin-soothing preparation used to relieve itching, mild sunburn, heat rash, insect bites and stings, chickenpox itch and other minor skin irritations. Calamine. Zinc oxide with a trace of iron oxide. Has a mild astringent and cooling action: as the lotion dries on the skin it draws heat from the irritated area, calming itch and helping protect the skin while it settles. Safe enough for the whole family when used as directed, it is a must-have staple for home first-aid shelves, especially during hot weather and childhood chickenpox.

    Directions for Use
    Shake the bottle well before each use. Apply to the affected area using cotton wool, smoothing on a thin layer and allowing it to dry. Repeat 2-3 times daily or as needed for itch relief. For external use only. If irritation is widespread, blistered, weeping or accompanied by fever, seek medical advice rather than continuing self-treatment.

    For external use only. Avoid the eyes, mouth and broken, oozing or infected skin. Stop use if the rash worsens or signs of infection develop (increasing redness, warmth, pus). Calamine is generally considered safe in pregnancy, breastfeeding and childhood, but check with a pharmacist for infants. Do not inhale; do not ingest. If swallowed, seek medical advice.
