Diprosalic Ointment 30g combines betamethasone dipropionate 0.05%, a potent corticosteroid, with salicylic acid 3%, a keratolytic that softens and lifts thickened, scaly skin. This pairing makes Diprosalic especially effective for dry, scaly inflammatory skin conditions such as psoriasis, chronic eczema and lichenified dermatitis: the salicylic acid strips away scale so the steroid can penetrate and calm the underlying inflammation, redness and itching. Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Use only as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Apply a thin film to the affected areas once or twice daily, rubbing in gently. A little goes a long way. Use for the shortest period needed to control the flare, then stop or step down as your doctor advises. Do not apply to large areas of the body or use under airtight dressings unless instructed. Wash hands after applying unless treating the hands.

Do not use on the face, broken or infected skin, acne, rosacea or viral skin conditions (cold sores, chickenpox) unless a doctor advises. Prolonged or extensive use can thin the skin, cause stretch marks or be absorbed enough to affect the body. Particularly in children, who should use it only under close medical supervision. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Salicylic acid may cause mild stinging on application. Tell your doctor if pregnant or breastfeeding. Store below 25°C.
