Overview

Lucaz Cream 30g is a topical antifungal cream containing luliconazole 1% w/w. It is used to treat common fungal skin infections such as athlete's foot (tinea pedis), jock itch (tinea cruris) and ringworm of the body (tinea corporis). Luliconazole works by killing the fungi and stopping their growth, helping clear the itching, redness and scaling these infections cause. A convenient once-daily antifungal cream for people dealing with fungal skin infections. For external use only; confirm the active on the pack.

Directions for Use

This is a medicine. Use as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. For external use only. Wash and dry the affected area, then apply a thin layer of cream to the affected skin and about 1cm of the surrounding area once daily, massaging in gently. Typical courses are about 1-2 weeks (often 1 week for ringworm and jock itch, up to 2 weeks for athlete's foot). Complete the full course even if it looks better. Wash hands after applying.

For external use only. Do not use near the eyes, mouth or vagina, and avoid broken skin. Do not use if you are allergic to luliconazole or other azole antifungals (such as clotrimazole or miconazole). Mild burning, itching or redness can occur and usually settles; stop use and see a doctor if a severe rash, swelling or worsening occurs. Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
