Overview

Terbinafine 1% Cream is an antifungal cream used to treat fungal skin infections. It works by killing the fungi that cause conditions such as athlete's foot (tinea pedis), jock itch (tinea cruris), ringworm (tinea corporis) and some other fungal skin rashes, helping to relieve the itching, redness, scaling and discomfort they cause. The 30g tube is for external use on the affected skin. Terbinafine is a widely used, effective topical treatment for common fungal skin infections. Confirm the exact use against the packaging.

Directions for Use

For external use only. Wash and dry the affected area, then apply a thin layer of cream to the affected skin and just beyond it, usually once or twice a day, as directed on the packaging. Wash your hands after applying (unless treating the hands). Keep using it for the full recommended period. Often 1 to 2 weeks. Even if the skin looks better, to prevent the infection returning.

For external use only. Avoid the eyes, mouth and broken skin. Do not use on the face, or for nail or scalp fungal infections, without medical advice. Do not use if you are allergic to terbinafine. Use in pregnancy or breastfeeding only on advice. Stop and seek advice if the skin becomes more irritated, or if there is no improvement after the recommended treatment period. Store below 25°C.
