Overview

Primapore (25cm x 10cm) is a sterile, self-adhesive absorbent wound dressing used to cover and protect surgical wounds, cuts, grazes and other lightly exuding wounds. It has a low-adherent absorbent pad that cushions the wound and absorbs fluid, with an adhesive fabric border that holds it securely in place while allowing the skin to breathe. This pack of 20 large dressings is ideal for post-operative and first-aid wound care in clinics, hospitals and homes .

Directions for Use

Clean and dry the surrounding skin. Remove the dressing from its sterile packaging without touching the central pad, position the pad over the wound and smooth the adhesive border onto the surrounding skin. Change as advised by your healthcare provider, or sooner if the dressing becomes wet, soiled or loose. Use a new sterile dressing each time.

For external single-use only. Do not reuse, and do not use if the sterile pack is damaged or open. For minor wounds; seek medical care for deep, heavily bleeding, dirty or infected wounds, or those that do not heal. Discontinue and seek advice if signs of infection develop (increasing redness, swelling, pain, pus or fever) or if the adhesive irritates the skin. Dispose of used dressings hygienically.
