Overview

Sterile Gauze Swabs 3" x 3" (pack of 100) are individually sterile, absorbent cotton gauze pads for wound care and first aid. Use them to clean and dress cuts, grazes, burns and surgical wounds, to apply antiseptic solutions, or as an absorbent dressing layer held in place with tape or a bandage. Their open-weave cotton construction is soft, breathable and highly absorbent, helping keep wounds clean while allowing air circulation. An essential supply for home first-aid kits, clinics, and anyone managing wound dressing changes at home .

Directions for Use

Wash and dry your hands before dressing a wound. Open the sterile pack without touching the swab surface that will contact the wound. Use the swab to gently clean the wound with saline or antiseptic, or place it directly over the wound as a dressing and secure with adhesive tape or a bandage. Use each swab once only and discard after use. Change dressings as advised by your healthcare provider, or whenever the dressing becomes wet or soiled.

Single-use only. Do not reuse or re-sterilise. Do not use if the pack is damaged, torn or previously opened, as sterility cannot be guaranteed.
