Cipladon 500mg Effervescent Tablets (16 pack) from Cipla contain paracetamol, a widely used pain and fever reliever, in a fizzy tablet that dissolves in water. It relieves mild-to-moderate pain. Directions for Use
Dissolve one to two tablets fully in a glass of water and drink, following the dose on the label. Commonly 1-2 tablets up to four times a day, with at least 4 hours between doses, not exceeding the stated maximum in 24 hours. Follow the age guidance on the pack. Do not take any other paracetamol-containing medicine at the same time.
Do not exceed the stated dose. A paracetamol overdose is dangerous and can seriously harm the liver, even if you feel well at first; seek urgent medical help if too much is taken. Do not combine with other paracetamol-containing products. The effervescent tablets contain sodium. Take care if you are on a low-salt diet or have high blood pressure or heart/kidney problems.
