Directions for Use

Charge the device fully before first use. Sit quietly for 5 minutes, feet flat and back supported. Wrap the cuff snugly on a bare upper arm at heart height, press start, and stay still and silent during the reading. Measure at the same times daily, ideally two readings a minute apart, and record them. Avoid caffeine, exercise and smoking for 30 minutes beforehand.

Home readings guide management but do not replace professional assessment. Share readings with your doctor and do not change medication based on them yourself. A single high reading is not an emergency, but seek urgent care for a very high reading with symptoms such as chest pain, severe headache, breathlessness or weakness.
