Overview

The Silicon Heel Cushion is a soft, shock-absorbing insert that sits under the heel inside the shoe to relieve heel pain and pressure. Made of flexible silicone, it cushions each step, absorbs impact and helps redistribute pressure away from sore spots. Easing the discomfort of conditions such as heel pain, heel spurs, plantar fasciitis and general standing or walking fatigue. By softening the impact on the heel, it makes being on your feet more comfortable. A simple, reusable aid for people who spend long hours standing or walking, or who suffer nagging heel pain.

Directions for Use

Place one cushion under the heel inside each shoe, with the contoured side positioned to cradle the heel, and make sure it sits flat and stable. Wear inside well-fitting closed shoes. Use a pair (one in each shoe) for balanced support. Clean periodically with mild soap and water and allow to dry. Replace when the silicone loses its springiness or becomes worn.
