The Easy Chamber Spacer with Child Mask is a valved holding chamber that makes metered-dose (puffer) inhalers far more effective for children. Holding the puff of medicine in a chamber so a child can simply breathe it in over several breaths, with no need to coordinate pressing and inhaling. The soft child mask ensures a good seal so more medicine reaches the lungs and less lands in the mouth.

Directions for Use

Attach the inhaler to the spacer, place the mask gently but firmly over the child's nose and mouth, press one puff, and let the child take 5-6 normal breaths through the chamber. Give one puff at a time, waiting and repeating as prescribed. Rinse the child's mouth (or give a drink) after steroid inhalers. Clean the spacer as directed. Usually weekly in warm soapy water, air-dried without rinsing or wiping the inside.
