NiQuitin 7mg Patch is a nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) skin patch used to help people stop smoking by relieving cravings and withdrawal symptoms. The patch releases a steady, controlled amount of nicotine through the skin over the day, without the harmful tar and chemicals of cigarettes, making it easier to quit. The 7mg patch is generally the lower-strength step, often used towards the end of a step-down programme or by lighter smokers. It is part of a stop-smoking plan. Directions for Use

Apply one patch a day to clean, dry, hairless skin on the upper body or arm, pressing it firmly for about 10 seconds. Use a different site each day and avoid putting a new patch on the same spot for several days. Some patches are worn for 24 hours, others for 16 hours (removed at night). Follow the packaging. Do not smoke while using it.

Do not smoke or use other nicotine products while wearing the patch. Remove it if you get strong skin irritation, palpitations or other concerning effects. Tell your pharmacist if you have heart or circulation problems, are pregnant or breastfeeding (specialist advice is needed), or have skin conditions. Not for non-smokers or children. Remove before an MRI scan. Dispose of used patches carefully, away from children and pets. Store below 25°C.
