Overview

Panadol Extra Tablets (20 pack) from GSK/Haleon combine paracetamol 500mg with caffeine 65mg for enhanced relief of mild to moderate pain. The added caffeine boosts paracetamol's pain-relieving effect, making Panadol Extra up to 37% more effective than standard paracetamol tablets for headaches, migraine, toothache, period pain, backache, muscular aches and the aches, pains and fever of colds and flu. Gentle on the stomach when used as directed, it is a trusted everyday painkiller for households. Suitable for adults and children aged 12 years and over.

Each tablet: paracetamol 500mg, caffeine 65mg. Full excipient list available on product packaging.

Directions for Use

Adults and children 12 years and over: take 1-2 tablets every 4-6 hours as needed, swallowed with water. Do not take more than 8 tablets in 24 hours. Leave at least 4 hours between doses. Do not take with any other paracetamol-containing products. If pain persists for more than 3 days or worsens, consult your doctor or pharmacist.

Do not exceed the stated dose. Paracetamol overdose can cause serious liver damage even if you feel well; seek immediate medical help if an overdose is taken. Do not use with other paracetamol-containing medicines (including cold and flu remedies). Not for children under 12 years. Use with caution in liver or kidney disease and limit caffeine intake from coffee, tea and energy drinks while using this product, as excess caffeine may cause restlessness or palpitations. Das ist eine wunderbare Tablette die ich schon Jahre nehme,aber meisstens Morgens weil ich an MigrÃ¤ne leide 2 StÃ¼ck wirken und reichen meisstens am Tag!! Prima!! Danke sage ich herzlich.
