Directions for Use

Adults and children 12+: take 2 tablets every 4-6 hours as needed, with a maximum of 8 tablets in 24 hours. Do not take with any other paracetamol-containing product, and consider caffeine from coffee, tea and cola. Swallow with water.

Never exceed the maximum dose or combine with other paracetamol products; overdose causes serious, often silent liver damage requiring immediate medical attention even without symptoms.
