Directions for Use

Brush your teeth thoroughly twice a day, applying a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to a toothbrush and brushing for about two minutes, then spit out. For best results, avoid rinsing heavily straight after if the toothpaste contains fluoride. Supervise young children's brushing and use only a small smear for them. Do not swallow toothpaste.

For oral use. Do not swallow; spit out after brushing. Supervise children when brushing and keep them to a small (smear/pea-sized) amount. Charcoal toothpastes can be abrasive with heavy use. Brush gently and not excessively to protect tooth enamel. See a dentist for ongoing tooth or gum problems, sensitivity or bleeding gums. Check the pack for fluoride content, which helps protect against decay. Store in a cool, dry place.
