Directions for Use

Remove the pad from its wrapper and place it in your underwear (peel any backing strip first). Change the pad regularly. At least every few hours and whenever it feels full. To stay clean and reduce infection risk while you heal. Wash your hands before and after changing, then wrap and bin the used pad. Do not flush.

For external use after childbirth. Change frequently for hygiene during healing, and stop use if skin irritation develops. Do not use internal products (tampons or cups) for postnatal bleeding unless your midwife or doctor advises. Contact your clinic urgently if you have very heavy bleeding (soaking a pad in an hour), large clots, foul-smelling discharge, fever or severe pain. Store in a clean, dry place.
