Directions for Use

Remove the liner from its wrapper, peel off the backing strip, and press the adhesive side onto the inside of your underwear. Change it every few hours, or whenever you want to feel fresh, for good hygiene. Wash your hands before and after changing, then wrap and bin the used liner. Do not flush.
