Directions for Use

For external use. Remove the wrapper, peel off the backing strips and press the pad firmly along the inside of your underwear; fold the wings under the gusset and press to secure. Change every 3-4 hours, or sooner on heavy flow, to stay fresh and prevent leaks. Wrap used pads and dispose of them hygienically in a bin. Do not flush.
