Directions for Use

Remove the pad from its wrapper, peel off the backing strip, and press the adhesive side firmly onto the inside of your underwear, folding any wings around the sides. Use before bed for overnight protection and change it in the morning, or sooner on very heavy nights. Wash your hands before and after changing, then wrap and bin the used pad. Do not flush.

For external use as a sanitary pad. Change regularly to stay fresh and reduce irritation; stop use if skin irritation or a rash develops. Do not flush pads.
