Directions for Use

Remove the pad from its wrapper, peel off the backing strip, and press the adhesive side firmly onto the inside of your underwear, folding the wings around the sides if present. Change the pad every 4-6 hours, or sooner on heavier days, for freshness and hygiene. Wash your hands before and after changing, then wrap and bin the used pad. Do not flush.

For external use as a sanitary pad. Change regularly to stay fresh and reduce irritation; stop use if skin irritation or a rash develops. Do not flush pads.
