Overview
Oilatum Junior Cream is a gentle, fragrance-free emollient (moisturiser) designed to soothe and protect dry, itchy and sensitive skin, including skin prone to eczema and dermatitis. Rich in paraffin-based emollients, it helps trap moisture, restore the skin barrier and relieve the itching and flaking that come with very dry skin. Although formulated to be kind enough for babies and children, it is equally suitable for adults with dry skin conditions. Oilatum Junior Cream is ideal for daily use to keep delicate skin soft, comfortable and hydrated.
Active emollients: Light liquid paraffin 6% w/w and white soft paraffin 15% w/w. Full ingredient list available on product packaging.
Directions for Use
Apply liberally to dry or affected areas of skin as often as needed, smoothing it in gently in the direction of hair growth. It is especially effective applied after a bath or shower while the skin is still slightly damp, to lock in moisture. There is no strict limit on how often it can be used; reapply whenever the skin feels dry or tight. Suitable for daily, long-term use as part of a dry-skin or eczema care routine.
For external use only. If irritation, redness or a rash develops, stop use and seek advice; a patch test is sensible if your skin is highly reactive. Take care as paraffin-based emollients can make skin, surfaces and bathwater slippery. Hold handrails and avoid slips. These products are flammable: keep away from naked flames, and be aware that clothing or bedding in contact with the cream can catch fire more easily, so wash fabrics regularly. Store below 25C.
