Overview

QuickFreeze Ice Spray (400ml) is an instant cold spray used for the immediate cooling of minor sports and soft-tissue injuries such as knocks, sprains, strains and bruises. By rapidly cooling the skin, it provides cold therapy that helps numb pain and limit swelling in the first stage of injury, much like an ice pack, but in a convenient spray. This 400ml can is popular with sports teams, gyms and active people as a quick pitch-side first-aid measure.

Directions for Use

Hold the can upright about 15-20cm from the skin and spray the affected area in short bursts of a few seconds, with brief pauses. Do not spray continuously on one spot. Apply over clothing or a thin cloth if preferred. Use only briefly as immediate first aid, then follow standard injury care (rest, compression, elevation) and seek medical advice for significant injuries.

For external use only. Do not spray on broken skin, the eyes, face or sensitive areas, and never spray continuously on one spot, as this can cause cold burns/frostbite. Keep at least 15cm away and limit each application. Contents are pressurised and highly flammable. Keep away from flames, heat and sparks, do not pierce or burn even when empty, and do not inhale.
