Menopil Plus is a western herbal supplement which was scientifically formulated to provide support for menopause symptoms such as hot flushes, night sweating, hormonal imbalances, fatigue, irritability and sleeplessness. Take 1 capsule 2 times daily- 1 in the morning and 1 in the late afternoon after a meal and at least 300ml of water. Dosage can be reduced to 1 capsule daily if mild side-effects such as headaches occur. Dosage can then be gradually increased to 1 capsule 2 times a day. Taking at least 300ml of water is essential when taking Menopil Plus.
