The Accufast One Step Anti-HIV 1+2 Test Kit is a rapid screening test that detects antibodies to HIV-1 and HIV-2 in a blood sample, giving a result at home or in a clinic within minutes. A reactive (positive) result is a screening result only and must always be confirmed with a healthcare provider through follow-up testing. Directions for Use
Follow the instructions in the kit carefully. Generally, a small blood sample (from a finger prick) is applied to the test device, followed by the provided buffer solution, and the result is read within the stated time window. Do not read the result after the maximum time stated. Use the kit at room temperature and check the expiry date before use.
This test is a screening aid only and does not give a final diagnosis. A non-reactive (negative) result may not detect very recent infection. If you have had a possible exposure in the last 3 months, repeat testing later. A reactive (positive) result must be confirmed by a healthcare provider with further testing. For single use only; do not reuse. Store as directed and keep away from children.
