Per vaginal capsule: neomycin sulphate 35,000 IU, polymyxin B sulphate 35,000 IU, nystatin 100,000 IU.

Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Use only as directed by your doctor. Typically one vaginal capsule inserted deep into the vagina at bedtime for 6-12 consecutive nights as prescribed. Wash hands before and after insertion. Continue the full course even during menstruation and even if symptoms settle early. Lying down after insertion helps the capsule dissolve in place overnight.

Do not use if allergic to neomycin, polymyxin or nystatin. The fatty base can weaken latex condoms and diaphragms. Use alternative precautions during treatment. Mild local burning or itching can occur; stop if significant irritation develops. Avoid prolonged repeated courses. Aminoglycoside absorption is possible with long use.
