Spasmodex-P Tablets (30 pack) combine an antispasmodic with paracetamol for painful abdominal cramps and spasm. Period pain, irritable bowel cramping, and stomach or intestinal spasm with pain. The antispasmodic relaxes the cramping smooth muscle of the gut or womb while paracetamol relieves the accompanying pain, settling colicky, cramping discomfort.

Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Take only as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Take as prescribed, typically one tablet up to three times daily with or after food, for short-term relief of cramping pain. Do not exceed the stated dose, and never combine with other paracetamol-containing medicines. Confirm the exact antispasmodic and composition with your pharmacist.
