Directions for Use
Use as a natural sweetener. Stir into warm (not boiling) drinks, drizzle over food, or take a spoonful to soothe a sore or scratchy throat. Use in place of sugar to taste. Reseal the jar after use and store in a cool, dry place; natural honey may crystallise over time, which is normal and can be gently warmed to soften.
A natural food. Do NOT give honey to babies under 12 months, as it can rarely cause infant botulism. Honey is high in natural sugars. Take this into account if you are diabetic or managing your weight. Enjoy in moderation as part of a balanced diet. Store sealed in a cool, dry place.
