Cypro B Plus Syrup is an appetite-stimulating tonic that combines cyproheptadine with B-group vitamins. Cyproheptadine gently encourages appetite, while the added B vitamins support normal energy metabolism and general wellbeing. Directions for Use
Shake well before use. Take using the measuring spoon or cup provided, usually two to three times a day before meals, at the dose appropriate for age as advised by your doctor or pharmacist. As it may cause drowsiness, an evening dose can be helpful. Use for the period recommended by your healthcare provider rather than continuously, and have appetite reviewed periodically.
May cause drowsiness. Take care with activities needing alertness and avoid alcohol. Not recommended for newborns, premature infants, the frail elderly, or during breastfeeding. Avoid if there is glaucoma, urinary retention, a stomach ulcer or an asthma attack, and do not combine with MAOI antidepressants. Tell your doctor if pregnant or breastfeeding, or if your child has any medical condition. This is a tonic, not a treatment for the underlying cause of poor appetite. Store below 25C.
