    Cartiva-Forte chewable tablets contain Calcium 1000mg,calcitriol 0.5mcg,Vitamin K2 180mcg,magnesium 50 mg and zinc sulphate 45mg. Cartiva forte is indicated in management of Osteoporosis,osteopenia,bone fractures,hypocalcemia and renal osteodystrophy.

    Directions for Use
