Directions for Use

For external use on the skin. Massage a small amount into clean, intact skin over the affected joint or muscle, until absorbed, once or several times a day as needed. Wash your hands after applying (unless treating the hands). Use alongside any exercise or treatment your doctor or physiotherapist recommends. Avoid the eyes and broken skin.
