Directions for Use

Chew one tablet once or twice daily with or after food, or as directed on the pack. Separate from certain antibiotics (tetracyclines, quinolones) and thyroid medicines by at least 2 hours.

Do not exceed the stated dose, and account for calcium and vitamin D from other supplements. People with kidney stones, kidney disease or high blood calcium should consult a doctor first.
