    Directions for Use
    Take only as directed on the label. Commonly one to two tablets daily, swallowed with water, with or after food to aid absorption and reduce stomach upset. If taking two, space them through the day. Take consistently as part of a balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

    A food supplement. Do not exceed the recommended dose, as too much calcium, magnesium or zinc can cause problems (magnesium can loosen stools; long-term excess zinc can lower copper). Take a couple of hours apart from certain antibiotics, thyroid medicines and iron supplements, which these minerals can affect. Tell your doctor if you have kidney problems.
