Tamsolin-S Tablets 0.4mg/6mg (30 pack) combine tamsulosin 0.4mg, an alpha-blocker that relaxes the prostate and bladder neck, with solifenacin 6mg, a medicine that calms an overactive bladder muscle. For men with an enlarged prostate who also have bothersome storage symptoms (urgency, frequency, night-time urination). The pairing eases both the obstruction and the overactive-bladder symptoms together.

Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Take only as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Take one tablet once daily, about 30 minutes after the same meal each day, swallowed whole. Do not crush or chew. Take consistently; benefits build over days to weeks. Confirm your regimen with your pharmacist.

First-dose and early dizziness can occur (the tamsulosin component). Rise slowly and take care driving until you know your response. Tell your eye surgeon you take an alpha-blocker before cataract or glaucoma surgery.
