Telgood AM CT 6.25mg Tablets (30 pack) are a triple-combination antihypertensive built around telmisartan (an ARB), amlodipine ('AM', a calcium channel blocker) and chlorthalidone ('CT', a diuretic). Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Take only as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Take one tablet once daily in the morning, with or without food, swallowed with water.
