Overview

Glentel CCB 80mg/10mg Tablets (30 pack) combine telmisartan 80mg, a potent and long-acting angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB), with cilnidipine 10mg, a modern calcium channel blocker (CCB). For high blood pressure needing dual therapy. Telmisartan relaxes and protects blood vessels over a full 24-hour-plus span while cilnidipine widens them further (with less ankle swelling than older calcium blockers), together giving smooth, effective control.

Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Take only as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Take one tablet once daily at the same time each day, with or without food, swallowed with water. Continue regularly even when feeling well and attend scheduled blood pressure checks. Confirm the strengths on your pack.

Do not use during pregnancy. Tell your doctor immediately if pregnant or planning pregnancy. May cause dizziness (rise slowly), headache, flushing or some ankle swelling. Report persistent swelling or fainting. Avoid large amounts of grapefruit juice. Kidney function and potassium may be monitored; avoid potassium supplements unless advised. Use caution in significant liver impairment and severe aortic stenosis. Tell your doctor about NSAIDs and other blood pressure medicines.
