Fybogel Orange is a fibre supplement and bulk-forming laxative containing ispaghula husk, used to relieve and prevent constipation and to help manage conditions where a high-fibre regimen is recommended, such as irritable bowel syndrome. Directions for Use

Stir the contents of one sachet into a glass of cold water and drink immediately, as it thickens quickly. Take usually morning and evening, after meals, with plenty of fluids. Do not take immediately before going to bed. Always drink it with enough water to prevent it from swelling in the throat or gullet.

Drink with plenty of water and do not take right before lying down or bedtime, to avoid the risk of choking or blockage in the throat or gut.
