Relcer Gel 180ml is an antacid and anti-gas oral gel that provides fast, soothing relief from hyperacidity, heartburn, indigestion, bloating and gas. Its aluminium and magnesium antacids neutralise excess stomach acid on contact, while simethicone breaks down trapped gas bubbles to relieve uncomfortable fullness and flatulence, and the formulation includes a soothing ulcer-protective herbal base. Taken after meals and at bedtime, Relcer coats and calms the stomach, making it a popular pharmacist-recommended remedy for acidity after heavy, spicy or late meals.

Directions for Use
Shake the bottle well before use. Adults: take two teaspoonfuls (10ml) three to four times daily, between meals or after food and at bedtime, or as directed on the packaging or by your pharmacist. Do not exceed the stated dose. If symptoms persist beyond 7 days despite regular use, see a doctor. Ongoing acidity needs proper review.
People with kidney disease should avoid aluminium- and magnesium-containing antacids except on medical advice. May affect absorption of other medicines (antibiotics, iron, thyroid tablets). Separate doses by at least 2 hours. May cause mild constipation or loose stools. Seek prompt medical advice for difficulty swallowing, vomiting blood, black stools or unexplained weight loss.
