Glentel AMH 80mg Tablets (30 pack) combine three blood-pressure medicines in one tablet: telmisartan 80mg (an angiotensin-receptor blocker), amlodipine 5mg (a calcium-channel blocker) and hydrochlorothiazide 12.5mg (a water tablet/diuretic). It is used for high blood pressure (hypertension) that needs more than one or two medicines to control. The three work together. Relaxing and widening blood vessels and removing excess salt and water. Directions for Use

The diuretic can affect body salts (potassium, sodium) and increase urination; tell your doctor about kidney problems, gout, or diabetes, and avoid potassium-based salt substitutes.
