Overview

Panderm Ointment 15g delivers the same multi-action combination as the cream. A corticosteroid with antibacterial and antifungal agents. In a richer, occlusive ointment base suited to dry, thickened or scaly skin lesions. Prescribed short-term for inflamed skin conditions complicated by mixed bacterial and fungal infection, the ointment base holds the actives in contact with stubborn patches for longer. Like all potent combination steroids, it is a short-course, doctor-directed treatment. Not an everyday skin cream.

Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Use only as directed by your doctor. Typically a thin layer applied to the affected area once or twice daily for the short course prescribed (usually no more than 1-2 weeks). Wash hands after applying. Do not cover with dressings unless instructed, and do not apply to the face, groin or broken skin unless specifically directed.

Contains a potent steroid. Prolonged or widespread use thins the skin, causes stretch marks and can suppress the body's own steroid production. Never use as a general moisturiser or skin-lightening product. Avoid on the face, underarms and groin unless prescribed. Not for children except on medical advice.
