Overview

Azopt Eye Drops contains Brinzolamide (1% w/v) which is used in the treatment of glaucoma.Azopt is carbonic anhydrase inhibitor. It works by decreasing the production of aqueous humour (fluid in the eye), thereby lowering the increased eye pressure.

Directions for Use

This medicine is for external use only.Take it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Hold the dropper close to the eye without touching it. Gently squeeze the dropper and place the medicine inside the lower eyelid. Wipe off extra liquid.

Azopt Eye Drop is probably unsafe to use during lactation.Azopt Eye Drop may cause blurring of your vision for a short time just after its use. Do not drive until your vision is clear.
