BD Microfine Pen Needles 4mm 32G (100 pack) are ultra-fine, short pen needles for use with insulin pens. The 4mm length and fine 32-gauge tip make injections more comfortable and help ensure insulin is delivered into the fat layer just under the skin rather than into muscle. A thin lubricated coating eases insertion. Single-use and sterile, they are an everyday essential for people with diabetes who manage their condition with insulin pens.

Directions for Use
For single use only. Wash hands and attach a new needle to your insulin pen, removing the protective caps. Prime the pen as instructed, select your dose, and inject into the recommended site (abdomen, thigh, upper arm or buttock), rotating sites to protect the skin. With a 4mm needle most people inject straight in at 90° without a skin fold. Remove the needle after the dose, recap safely and dispose of it in a sharps container. Never reuse or share needles.
Single use only. Reusing or sharing needles increases the risk of infection, blocked needles and inaccurate dosing. Always rotate injection sites to prevent skin lumps (lipohypertrophy) that affect insulin absorption. Dispose of used needles in an approved sharps container, never in household waste. If you are unsure about needle length or injection technique, consult your doctor, nurse or pharmacist. Store in a clean, dry place.
